How to Enroll

DC-21 registration is available to students via referral from their current school, community organization, or by self-referral through our online interest form below or by calling our registrar, Ana Diaz, at  720-424-3027.

Students are accepted through interview only, and must demonstrate a renewed commitment to their education.

Step 1: Fill out our online interest form.

Step 2: Enrollment team will get in touch to schedule an in-person or virtual meeting

Step 3: Gather all the below documents that are required before admission:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Proof of Address
• Copy of IEP (if applicable)
• Transcripts (if applicable)
• Attendance Records (if out of district)
• Behavior Records

Step 4: Attend registration meetings and orientation (more information to come).
