DC21 2018-2019 Registration Dates

Thursday, August 2, 2018  9am to 2pm

Monday, August 6th and Tuesday, August 7th 9am – 2pm

Wed, Aug. 8th and Thurs, Aug. 9th Noon – 6pm

Returning Students are required to bring the following documents:  Immunization Record (updated), Proof of Address (updated), Registration fee ($10.00) cash or check only, and birth certificate.

Estudiantes que regresaran deben traer lo siguiente: Vaccunas, comprobante de domicillio, pago de incripcion ($10.00) y certificado de nacimiento.

New Students are required to bring the following documents: birth certificate, immunization record, proof of address, transcripts and registration fee ($10.00) cash or check only

Estudiantes Nuevos deben traer lo siguiente: certificado de nacimiento, vaccunas, comprobante de domicillio, trancripciones y pago de incripcion ($10.00)
